The Jaynes Healthcare Clinic is located on-site at the main office in Albuquerque, near the north end of the property. It’s a unique benefit available to all Jaynes employees, no matter their insurance, and to eligible dependents covered by the Jaynes health plan.

 

Owned and run by Elanor Miranda, CNFP, the clinic offers primary and acute care services, including routine screenings, annual and sports physicals, chronic condition management, minor injury treatment, vaccinations, and more. Your first visit must be in person to establish care; after that, virtual visits are available.

 

You have two options for using the clinic:

 

Clinic Membership

1. If you’re enrolled in the Jaynes health plan: $10/month for unlimited visits, including lab and procedure fees, deducted from your paycheck weekly.

2. If you’re not enrolled in the Jaynes health plan: $15/month for unlimited visits; lab and procedure fees not included, deducted from your paycheck weekly.

3. Dependents must be covered by the Jaynes health plan and must be at least five years old to be eligible.

 

Concierge Service

• Pay $50 per visit plus any lab or procedure fees, due at the time of service. This option is for employees only; dependents are not eligible.
