What is the Nuvita Wellness Program?

Nuvita is a wellness program that helps employees stay active and healthy. It gives employees the opportunity to reduce  their health plan premiums and earn additional incentives by completing a set amount of cardio each week. In addition, Nuvita provides access to a health coach who can help guide decisions including but not limited to nutrition, physical activity, weight loss, and more.
