As part of your core benefits, Jaynes automatically provides all eligible employees with Basic Term Life and Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D) Insurance. This is a company-paid benefit and is completely free to you.

 

Coverage for You

• Benefit Amount: 1x your annual salary, up to $50,000

• Cost: Free

• Action Required: You must designate a beneficiary for this plan

 

Coverage for Your Spouse and Dependents

• Spouse Coverage: $5,000

• Dependent Child Coverage: $2,000 per child

• Eligibility: Children are covered up to age 26, must be unmarried, and financially supported by the employee

• Cost: Free

• Action Required: You must add your eligible dependents and list yourself as the beneficiary for this coverage

 

Additional Features and Support Services

• Grief Counseling: Free support for you, your dependents, and your beneficiaries

• Will Preparation: No-cost will preparation services when using a participating attorney

• Funeral Planning & Discounts: Access to planning resources and discounts on funeral-related services
